Hear ye, brave souls and creatures of the night! On Thursday, October 26th, the venerable tavern of Bar XIII transforms into a realm of fantasy, wonder, and dark enchantment! Doors to this mystical land swing open at 9pm, beckoning all to partake in a night of “Magic & Monsters.”

Delve deep into a Dungeons & Dragons inspired extravaganza, where the beats of ancient rhythms and hypnotic melodies fill the air. Our bards for the night, Saga the Mighty and Stygian the Stupendous, will serenade adventurers and monsters alike with tunes from realms both familiar and arcane. From the ethereal whispers of gothic elvish lullabies to the pulsating industrial bass drums of orcish war songs, they’ll guide your dancing feet through the evening.

Dress as your favorite adventurer class & species or terrify as the dark denizen of a dungeon. Be it a gallant paladin, a cunning rogue, or a dreaded lich, the choices are vast and the stakes are high.

Treasures and accolades await those who impress! There will be two grand costume contests:

Adventuring Party Excellence – Gather your party, for the most cohesive and imaginative band of heroes shall be lauded and rewarded.

Monstrous Majesty – Are you the shadow in the dungeon corner or the beast that haunts adventurers’ dreams? Stand out as the best monster and claim your rightful treasure.

But the intrigue doesn’t end there! Throughout the night, be on the lookout for our resident NPCs. They’ll kickstart your adventure with interactive social quest lines, blending the boundaries between reality and fantasy, ensuring an experience like no other.

Remember, brave adventurers, to gain entry into our mystical tavern, the guards at Bar XIII will inspect your identification scrolls. All players embarking on this journey must be 21 years or older, and entry will cost you a mere 13 notes of commerce.
