With five years of business under our belt, we have built something that is both a community bar and a well-equipped sanctuary for live music in Delaware.
Our predecessor, Mojo 13 was known for its live music, and strange people. Under our new ownership, we have absolutely kept the spirit of live music alive but have changed nearly every other aspect of both the physical building and the operations of the bar. While this transition hasn’t always been easy, it has been ongoing, and our community has absolutely embraced the new vision of Bar XIII as “Delaware’s New Home for Original Music and Strange People. “
When you enter Bar XIII, you’ll see an updated interior with new flooring, exposed beam ceilings, and state of the art lighting and television systems. With over 35 craft beers available and a huge selection of drink specials and spirits, we cater to a wide variety of patrons. With Our adjoining dance floor and stage area we can accommodate over 200 people, and our experienced support staff is there to help meet your audio and visual needs. We have in house graphics designers to help design promotional materials and have built a sizable social media presence (14k followers) for use in promotion and marketing events along with a new but growing email list. We also have easy load in/out for bands and a small private green room.
With all that Bar XIII has to offer, we are confident that you will agree that our venue is ideal for generating exposure for your clients. While many smaller pubs and music venues are going under due to shifting economic trends, our business has grown steadily since we opened. Why? Because we offer what few, if any, other venues in our area can offer. We give our patrons a more intimate, up close experience with their favorite bands, while also offering phenomenal products and service, and all in a place that feels very much like “home.”
